Request for Quotes and Proposals
Businesses interested in responding to RFQ’s or RFP’s issued by the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County should review the full document and submit all required forms and documentation as specified. Each RFQ or RFP includes the scope of services, submission requirements, deadlines, and any applicable forms. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided.
Vendor Registration
Individuals or businesses seeking to provide services to the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County must complete the application process and fill out the following forms below. Each form must be completed in its entirety. You will be notified if any of these forms do or do not apply to you. Should we require additional information, you will be notified.
Once all forms have been completed, please scan and email to Accounts Payable at accountspayable@elcslc.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Contact Stephanie Broffman should you have any additional questions.
If for any reason the information submitted has changed, a new Vendor Registration Form must be completed along with any documents supporting the change. Approval is not guaranteed. Should your application be denied, or if any information is missing, the Early Learning Coalition will notify you by email. If after 10 business days we have not received the requested information, your application will be denied. By accepting a Purchase Order from the ELCSLC, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
