Vendor Registration

Individuals or businesses seeking to provide services to the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County must complete the application process and fill out the following forms below. Each form must be completed in its entirety. You will be notified if any of these forms do or do not apply to you. Should we require additional information, you will be notified.

Once all forms have been completed, please scan and email to Indira George, Lead Fiscal Specialist at georgei01@elcslc.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Contact Indira George should you have any additional questions.

If for any reason the information submitted has changed, a new Vendor Registration Form must be completed along with any documents supporting the change. Approval is not guaranteed. Should your application be denied, or if any information is missing, the Early Learning Coalition will notify you by email. If after 10 business days we have not received the requested information, your application will be denied. By accepting a Purchase Order from the ELCSLC, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Request for Proposals

The Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County is seeking weekend facilitated DCF trainings and weekend facilitated CPR/First-Aid Trainings. In order to select a vendor to deliver these services, the Coalition is requesting a proposals for services based on the specifications listed below.

Upon receipt of all the proposals, the Coalition will review and make a decision based on experience, technical abilities, cost and other factors which would be appropriate for a review of quotes for weekend facilitated DCF trainings and weekend facilitated CPR/First-Aid trainings.
