Applying for Non-Coalition Programs

The Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County is working with the Department of Children and Families to provide residents access to community agencies providing economic self sufficiency.

St. Lucie County residents can apply for public assistance services at the Coalition office. Services available include:
  • Internet availability to complete an application online.
  • Internet availability to check case status. 
  • Phone access to an automated ACCESS information line or customer call center. 
  • Access to paper application forms.

We've moved to our new permanent office!

We've moved our office to a NEW, PERMANENT, MORE CONVENIENT location! Our new office is on the Third Floor of the Treasure Health Building, 5000 Dunn Road, in Fort Pierce (on the corner of Midway Road and Dunn) with regular office hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
