Our professional team is committed to providing the children of St. Lucie County with the best possible early learning experience. Each team member contributes to the quality and success of our Coalition. Our 26 member team includes child care resource and referral specialists; school readiness and voluntary prekindergarten specialists; contract/data specialists; fiscal assistants; resource specialists; administrative assistant; Director of Family Services; Director of Programs; Operations/HR Manager; Chief Financial Officer; and Chief Executive Officer. 

The Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County, Inc. offers an outstanding workplace environment and excellent benefits. Our full time regular employees become eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment. Team members work 8 hour days.  The Coalition is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The St. Lucie County Human Resources Association and the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce honored the Coalition as one of the Best Places to Work in St. Lucie County in 2008, 2009 and 2010. We received the award for the category of non-profit organization with less than 50 employees. The award is given to local employers whose personnel practices are considered to be the best in the county. More than 30 criteria are measured including turnover rates, growth percentages, employee training, benefits and promotions.
